The Bentonville Library Foundation Scholarship was created to encourage youth in the community to further their learning by providing financial assistance to Bentonville area students who wish to attend post-secondary educational institutions. The scholarships are awarded annually to applicants selected by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee from the pool of applications received by the Foundation Executive Director. Electronic application information will be provided early in the year and is required to be completed and submitted by March 14, 2019. The committee will determine the application review timeframe, and communication to potential applicants will be handled through the Bentonville Library Foundation office.

The scholarship is a one-time award and is non-renewable.

The Bentonville Library Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all the applications each year and make award recommendations to the members of the full Foundation Board of Directors as to who should receive the scholarships. The Bentonville Library Foundation reserves the right to make no award, or to make additional awards based on merit and available funding.
